All,
there have been some questions as to how to respond to the consensus call. 
Thus, I though that the below information might be helpful for some of you, 
which is why I send it so this list.

- All members of the WG are invited to respond to the consensus call. The 
consensus call shall reflect the opinions of WG members.

- You are invited to respond to all items, not only to those relating to the 
organization you represent. 

- Please indicate whether you support / do not support the draft 
recommendations in the document.

- If you wish to file a minority position explaining your views, you can do so.
