Dear Ron and SCI members,

Below for your review is a draft email to go from Ron Andruff to the IRTP Part 
C Working Group.  As the SCI agreed, it would be helpful for a Working Group 
that recently completed its work to take the survey.  The IRTP-C Working Group 
was suggested as an option.  James Bladel and Avri Doria were the Co-Chairs of 
the IRTP-C Working Group.  Perhaps James and Avri could indicate on this list 
whether they agree with this approach.  If so, below is a draft message to go 
from Ron to the Working Group list for your consideration.

Subject:  Invite to Participate in Survey on Working Group Guidelines

Dear IRTP-C Working Group members,

As some of you may know, the GNSO Standing Committee on Implementation 
Improvements (SCI) has developed a survey for GNSO Working Groups, as requested 
by the GNSO Council, to solicit feedback on the GNSO Working Group Guidelines.  
As Chair of the SCI, I am contacting your Working Group to invite you to take 
the survey because you have recently completed your work and, thus, may have 
valuable insight on the usefulness of the Working Group Guidelines and 
suggestions for improvements.  If you would like to take the survey you may 
wish to review the Working Group Guidelines and Summary first.  Please see the
