sorry for having missed the call.
As I’ll not attend the Singapore ICANN meeting I have also to apologize to miss 
that one. Remote participation seems to be too inconvenient due to the time 
zone.

SCI Meeting – 25 February 2014 -- Actions

1.  Review of the GNSO Working Group Guidelines Consensus Levels (sub team: 
Amr, Cintra, Greg, Thomas) -- Continue to edit the document.

2.  Waivers/Exceptions to GNSO Operating Procedures (sub team: Greg, 
Marie-Laure)  -- Marika and Greg: Provide text of a new waiver rule to apply to 
motions.

3.  Voting by Email: (sub team: Anne, Avri, Thomas)  -- Continue work on this 
item in the sub team.

4.  Next Meeting: Singapore, 7:30 to 8:45 am, 22 March; Room location is Sofia 
(tentative).
