[gnso-improvem-impl-sc] URGENT: Draft Motion for Approval of Revised GNSO Operating Procedures

Dear SCI members,

As you may recall, the proposed revisions to the GNSO Operating Procedures
to address resubmission of motions and working group self assessment were
put out for public comment on 10 February.  See

m. As no comments were received the forum was closed on 03 March at the end
of the 21-day comment period because there was no need to move to the reply
comment period.  The next step is for the SCI to submit a motion for
consideration by the GNSO Council for approval of the revisions.  The motion
would be made by Avri Doria, as she is the SCI Liaison to the Council.  Note
that the motion deadline for the GNSO Council meeting in Singapore on 26
March is Saturday, 15 March.

Please find the attached draft motion for your consideration along with the
redline of the GNSO Operating Procedures.  Please let us know if you have
any changes.
