Dear Anne and everyone,

There is indeed a template, and this request included one that was prepared
for and reviewed by the Council as part of the motion voted on. For your

As the motion passed, we will update the SCI wiki page accordingly with the
new request. As for scheduling a meeting, we should note that the GNSO
policy staff will be at the annual Policy Department strategic planning
retreat in Los Angeles for the week 30 November to 4 December. We will of
course work with Anne and Rudi to schedule a call if that week is the best
time for the SCI to meet. Alternatively, perhaps the week after that may be
a better option. Do let us know your preference and thoughts.
