To expand on J Scott's note, the reason the IOC and RCRC got this protection 
was because they (as organizations) were protected by International Treaty and 
national laws.  However, that is different than saying the names themselves are 
protected by both International Treaty and National laws.  So, J Scott is 
correct that our wording is not inconsistent with the GAC Advice.
