The transcripts of the Brussels meetings are posted on the calendar page:

under the date the meeting took place.

In the interest of publishing the transcripts as quickly as possible, the 
transcripts have not been checked against the recording for accuracy.

The recordings and presentations are published on the meeting schedule under 
the corresponding nodes.
