I voted to extend hoping that my outreach will have more time to pay off. I
have been seeking comments from some people and groups that do not usually
participate in ICANN discussions.

I also send my apologies for next week's meeting. I will be traveling during

We discussed the possibility of extending the comment period both  on the
call this week and on the list afterwards

There is obviously some difference of opinion on the matter

So in order to preserve my sanity and clarify the situation once and for all
