N.B. The agenda item concerning feedback from ICANN Compliance / Legal on 
Charter Question E will be discussed in further detail at the next meeting on 
Tuesday 14 September with participation from other members from ICANN Staff 
(Pam Little, Senior Director, Contractual Compliance Team, Daniel Halloran, 
Deputy General Counsel, Mike Zupke, Registrar Liaison Manager).
