Dear All, As discussed on today's call, please find attached a first draft of the Final Report that includes the different editorial changes to mark the change from Initial to Final Report, in addition to inclusion of the summary and analysis of comments on the Initial Report. Furthermore, I've added some notes in Chapter 5 – Deliberations of the WG that aim to reflect the additional discussions the WG had reviewing the public comments as well as with ICANN legal & compliance staff. Attached in a separate document you'll find the different recommendations with proposed edits that aim to capture the WG deliberations to date and suggest a way forward. Please feel free to share your comments, thoughts, suggestions, edits on both documents on the mailing list. As noted before, any documents that are intended to be considered in Cartagena need to be published by November 15, but there is no obligation for the WG to meet that deadline if it plans to finalize the report after the Cartagena meeting.
