[gnso-irtp-b-jun09] PDP Timeline

Hello all,

I was recently asked to inquire of Council the procedure for
notification or request of a timeline extension for this PDP since a
final report is not likely prior to the San Francisco meeting. All that
is required is notice to Council in the form of a status update, and my
inquiry at the last Council meeting was accepted as that.

As you know, the PDP guidelines are currently being revised and the
inadequecy of the timeline is one of the issues being addressed. So
Council appreciates being notified and understands the need for
additional time.
