Dear All,

As discussed on our last meeting, please review the latest version of the draft 
Final Report (attached) by 1 February of the latest. Work on the 
recommendations will continue separately and these will be inserted at the 
relevant sections of the document once completed. The objective is to review 
the other parts of the report and to share your comments, suggestions and/or 
proposed edits with the mailing list.
