Proposed Agenda – IRTP Part B WG Meeting – 25 January 2011

1st hour – 15.00 – 16.00 UTC
1. Roll Call / Update SOI-DOI
2. Continue discussion on recommendations (please review updated 
recommendations overview)
As a reminder, here are the main outstanding issues / action items:

 *   Recommendation #2 - It was agreed that a small group of volunteers (James, 
Matt, Michele, Mikey) would draw from SAC 044 those measures that are relevant 
in relation to Charter Question A so that these can be specifically called out 
in the recommendation (James, Matt, Michele, Mikey)
 *   Recommendation #3 – Review proposed modification of recommendation by Paul 
Diaz (All)
 *   Recommendation #4 – Review proposed recommendation by Barbara to require a 
positive confirmation of the transfer by the losing registrar (see 
http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-irtp-b-jun09/msg00590.html) (All)
 *   Draft additional language for inclusion in the notes on the different 
scenarios and issues discussed by the WG in relation to charter question B 
without resolution (Chris)
 *   Recommendation #5 – Review proposed modified recommendation submitted by 
James and amended by Barbara (All)
 *   Recommendation #7 – Review proposed addition to recommendation (All)
 *   Review Draft Final Report by 1 February 2011 (All)
