For the IRTP-Part B - 2nd Hour Session: Here I go again, presenting work products at the 11th hour not leaving the team much time to review prior to our call. 30 lashes to me. Attached you will find three PDFs. The first is draft v0.2 of the current state swim lanes for IRTP & TDRP. Notice the "v0.2." That is exactly what it is..not a 1.0. Meaning this is only a draft with decent logic gaps, I am sure. The second PDF is an attempt at a proposed state for an urgent return/transfer un-do of a domain. It is also v0.2 and I unveil to everyone for the first time without behind the scene sanity checks. Proposed tasks and procedures are highlighted in RED. Lastly, is a PDF containing the text of the IRTP & TDRP policies containing very rough draft hints of where Mikey and I thought updates to existing policies will be required. Some of the text references the SSAC report. I did not get to spend the time on the text like I had hoped before tomorrow's meeting, so apologies for its unpolished condition. See you tomorrow!
