Thanks Barbara for your comments. In relation to the 'thick' WHOIS 
recommendation, can you please clarify whether you are recommending changing 
the recommendation or wording? If I understand your comment correctly, would 
your comment be addressed by changing 'avoided' to 'reduced' so that the 
sentence would read 'In this scenario, disputes between the registrant and 
admin contact could be reduced, as the registrant would become the ultimate 
approver of a transfer'.

Hi Marika,
Thank you for all of your hard work on the document.  I have reviewed it and 
have a couple of comments relating to the recommendation of requesting an 
issues report on the requirement of “thick” WHOIS for all incumbent gTLDs that 
are noted in the attached.  Other than that, I think that the document looks

Dear All,

Please find attached for your review an updated version of the IRTP Part B 
Proposed Final Report, incorporating the edits and suggestions discussed at 
yesterday's meeting. I've also attached a clean version for those of you that 
prefer to review without all the redlines. We are still cleaning up the 
attendance sheet which will be linked in the report and will add any missing 
data in relation to attendance before the report is finalized.

Please send any comments, edits, suggestions to the mailing list at the latest, 
but preferably before, close of business (wherever you are) on Friday 18 March.
