[gnso-irtp-b-jun09] new version of EAC language
hi all, i'm in agreement with Paul and Tim on the compliance-language issue. so i'm forwarding a new version of the EAC draft -- it's only got two changes. moving from 24 hour to 4 hour response and a rewording of the record-keeping section. i've also included a very preliminary draft of an FAQ that we could use to introduce this language when we take it back to our constituencies. **this** language could use a hard look, as it's a first draft. two big questions for you about the FAQ -- what questions have i missed, and where did i get the answers wrong. sorry this is so late -- i thought it was going to rain here yesterday and today, but good weather arrived instead and i've been out clearing brush instead of writing EAC drafts. :-) mikey Attachment:
