Apologies for late reply, but yes, as far as I understand, the IRTP Part C tasks to date and anticipated work plan do not conflict with the new PDP. It might make sense to briefly review the requirements under the new PDP going forward in one of the upcoming IRTP Part C meetings. For your information, you will find attached a comparison of the old vs. new PDP which clearly spells out the requirements of the new PDP. If you have any further questions, please let me know. For the IRTP Part C Working Group that would mean that it is expected to follow the requirements of the PDP Manual in relation to the development of the Initial Report. The PDP Manual is expected to be published shortly as part of the GNSO Operating Procedures (you can also review it as part of the PDP-WT Final Report – see http://gnso.icann.org/improvements/updated-final-report-pdpwt-28sep11.pdf), but in the meantime please see the attached document which provides an overview of the main differences between the old and new PDP.
