Part C Working Group is expected to continue its work according to the new GNSO
PDP (see message attached). The new PDP is detailed in Annex A of the ICANN
Bylaws (see <a target="_blank"

and the PDP Manual (<a target="_blank"

All,</div><div><br></div><div>Following the approval of the new GNSO Policy
Development Process, the GNSO Council has expressed its intent to transition
all the ongoing PDPs to the new PDP. For the IRTP Part C Working Group that
would mean that it is expected to follow the requirements of the PDP Manual in
relation to the development of the Initial Report. The PDP Manual is expected
to be published shortly as part of the GNSO Operating Procedures (you can also
review it as part of the PDP-WT Final Report – see <a target="_blank"
href="http://gnso.icann.org/improvements/updated-final-report-pdpwt-28sep11.pdf";>http://gnso.icann.org/improvements/updated-final-report-pdpwt-28sep11.pdf</a>),
but in the meantime please see the attached document which provides an
overview of the main differences between the old and new PDP. If you have any
