[gnso-irtpc] RE: Proposed Agenda - IRTP Part C WG Meeting

I have an urgent work issue I need to address with a customer on the West Coast 
tonight, I fear this will run into our IRTP workgroup timeslot.
My apologies for the short notice, but I'm not sure if I can dial in today. I 
did read the recommendation draft language going to the mailing list and the 
pieces in there so far looked fine to me.
I have one clarification question on the Charter question A draft and will send 
that to the mailing list.
