I've accepted all the changes of the previous version so that in redline you will see the changes made based on today's discussion. Please review this version carefully and share any comments / edits you may have with the mailing list by Friday 5 October at the latest. The only item that remains to be updated is the number of meetings attended by each WG member which I'll finalise following next week's meeting. The WG Chairs plan to determine the level of consensus for the recommendations as well as the report at the latest during next week's meeting so if you have any objections and/or plan to submit a minority report, please inform the mailing list accordingly by Friday 5 October at the latest.Minority reports themselves should be received no later than Tuesday 9 October at 13.00 UTC.
