Dear all,

Please find attached the overview of the reviews received. The Business
Constituency, the ALAC, the Registry Stakeholder Group and Arthur Zonnenberg
(individual) have submitted comments. In addition, Thomas Rickert provided a
written version of his argument for supporting an extension of the statue of
limitation that he made to the WG orally in Singapore (Rec #5).

A small spoiler alert: most comments are at least broadly (if not very)
supportive of the recommendation, although Arthur Zonnenberg argues strongly
to abandon the FOAs.
