I am wondering if not be possible to add some question to now in which domains
exists more dispute (survey from providers) or maybe something about approved
dispute-resolution service provider through was initiated the UDRP proceeding.
Excuse me if I am off-topic, just I was asking me about it and maybe would be
useful.

Asunto: [gnso-lockpdp-wg] For your review - Surveys
Dear All,
Please find attached and posted on the wiki
(see https://community.icann.org/display/udrpproceedings/Next+Meeting) an
updated version of the surveys for registrars and UDRP Providers.
Having looked again at the registrar survey following the WG's discussion
yesterday, I've made an attempt to further simplify the survey by making the
starting question 'when' do you lock a domain name subject to UDRP Proceedings
which reduces the amount of questions that need to be asked thereafter. This
does assume that typically only one kind of lock is applied at one point in
time by a registrar during UDRP Proceedings. If this is an incorrect
assumption, we might need to make further changes. I did add one question that
allows a registrar to specify if they typically change the type of lock applied
and what the different characteristics are of this other lock. Also, with
regard to the 'wait period', I looked back to the email explanation that John
Berryhill sent according to which a 10 day wait period applies in case the
complainant wins and a 15 day wait period applies in case the registrant wins.
I've updated this accordingly in the survey (if
this is incorrect, please let me know).
For the survey for UDRP providers, the changes made take into account the WG
discussion yesterday as well as the edits provided by WIPO. I did note that in
its comments WIPO questioned the relevance / usefulness of some of the
questions, so maybe that is something the WG can discuss in further detail at
the next meeting.
Please feel free to share any comments / edits and/or suggestions you may have
with the mailing list in advance of next week's meeting.
Thanks,
Marika
