Dear All, Please find attached an updated version of the straw man proposal in which I've attempted to incorporate the discussions from the last meeting. If there is anything I've missed, please feel free to share your comments / edits with the mailing list. Also attached is an updated version of the comments received to date. Note that I've removed the comments we discussed at the last meeting and added a couple of new ones. If you have any additional comments and / or questions, please share these with the mailing list ahead of the next meeting. Reminder: please review the public comment review tool and share any comments / edits you may have by 19 December at the latest (see latest version attached).
