Dear All,

Please note that the Initial Report of the Locking of a Domain Name Subject
to UDRP Proceedings Working Group was published for public comment last
Friday (see 
https://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/locking-domain-name-15mar13-en.
htm). In addition, the Beijing meeting schedule has been published which
confirms that the presentation of the Initial Report will go ahead on
Thursday 11 April from 9.00 ­ 10.30 (local time) in room Function 8AB
http://beijing46.icann.org/node/37193). Further details about that session
will follow.
