I am the CEO and director of DotAlliance Inc., an ICANN-accredited registrar. 
DotAlliance is a member of the Registrar Constituency.
I am also a directory of RegCa Inc. which is accredited in several country 
codes and a partner to DotAlliance. 

I am not an employee or shareholder of any other member of this constituency or 
of any other of ICANN's constituencies. I am not an employee or shareholder of 
any gTLD or ccTLD registries.
