[gnso-osc-ccc] Resignation from OSC-CCT Work Team

CCT Work Team Members,

Mason asked me to alert you to a message he received from Nick Wood.  With
regret, Nick is resigning from the Work Team.  Nick asks that we accept his
apologies, but he said that he must stand down from the team because he has
been invited to sit on the Implementation Recommendation Team the Board has
asked the IPC to form to look at Rights Protection issues.  He added that,
unfortunately, his work on the IRT will create work load and time conflicts
with his participation on the CCT Work Team.
