These are the next steps for our working team:

*1- Working Group Charter:

*Our Working Group Charter has been updated, please review it and make all
necesary comments and suggested changes directly into the wiki or just
sending an email to our list before Monday March 16th.

Please note that we have included in:* "VI. POTENTIAL INITIAL/NEXT ACTION
STEPS"* the suggested actions and projects for our working group. Your
comments and suggestions on these regards are welcome.

*2- Chair - Vice Chair election:*

In relation with the Chair / Vice Chair election, we have recieved the
following self nominations:

Chair: Krista Papac - Olga Cavalli
Vice Chair: SS Ksatiya - Michael Young

Candidates should send a brief statement of qualification to the list during
this week.

Please send other nominations or self nominations to the list until next
Monday March 16th. After then we will proceed with an election using secret
vallots.

*3- Next Meeting:

*Gisella Gruber-White will be sending a Doodle to our working team during
this week to find the best time for our next meeting. Please respond to it.
