Thanks Julie -that provision, in my view, detracts from "readily
amendable" and almost requires us to get an approval -so lessens the
"liveness" or working/fluid nature of it -so I think it's even more
important that we convey-subject to others' views.

Hello Victoria,

 

I'm not sure if this addresses your point, but I noted that in the
Section III Work Team Rules and Procedures the charter states:

 

"Modifications: At any time during the tenure of the WT, the Chair
should communicate to the OSC if the WT believes that changes or
clarifications are needed regarding the WT Charter, including these
rules."

        Could I just add, I think someone made the comment in the last
meeting that we should see COT charter as a live document capable of
ready amendment and if it is to be approved by someone/anyone, perhaps
that point could be made.
