Dear Victoria,

I wanted to refer to September 25 meeting-MP3 transcript while preparing 
Minority Report. 

I found that there are several missing words, sentences.

Some statements are against my name which I had not said.

 

In a controvery, each word, phrase and sentence become important.

as such, this transcript can't be said to be a Authoritative Document.

I suggest that:

1. Please arrange for an authoritative transcript. There may be some such 
facilities /precedents.

2. Until then, OR,

please inform all concerned that this Transcript should not be quoted in 
communications. 

And,

A note should be inserted at the top of the transcrip that:

"For any Authoritative reference, please refer to MP3 recordings."
