Dear Work Team members, Here is the summary and actions from the meeting on 13 August. Please let me know if you have any changes or questions. Our next meeting will be held on Friday, 20 August at 1300 UTC/0600 PST/0900 EST for one hour. Attached for your reference is the latest version of the Task 2 document (in Word and PDF) . Please note that I will need to receive your comments on the document no later than noon EDT/1600 UTC on Thursday, 20 August in order to prepare a revised draft of the document and send it to you for discussion on Friday. Best regards, Julie Summary: The Work Team discussed the edits provided by Rafik. Work Team members emphasized that it is important for outreach efforts to be coordinated with the activities of ICANN's Communications Team and noted that the document should include specific language emphasizing the need for this coordination. Julie agreed to edit the document based on the Work Team's discussion and to circulate a draft for further review and input. Action: Sub Team members should review the Revised Task 2 Working Document (attached) and provide comments via the tracking function to Julie not later than Noon EDT/1600 UTC on Thursday, 19 August so that she may incorporate them and provide a revised document for discussion at the meeting on Friday, 20 August.
