Happy new year to all of you!!

Chuck, thanks for your comments.

I think that actions related with this document requires coordination, not
so much funds and time.
This coordination could be done by a group of volunteers that should be
willing to do that.
And you can find people that would be able to do that, as an example GNSO
takes part of my time but I am willing to commit to that.
I would be happy to devote this time for outreach activities once my term is
finished in GNSO by the last 2011 ICANN meeting or even before, as I will
not be vice chair.
Others could also join my effort.

Any other comments from the working team?

If any, I would send this to the OSC in a few days.
