As we discuss how sections of the Rules of Procedure may be affected by
proposed Bylaws changes, it may be useful to refer to the following document
that shows the current Bylaws and indicates the proposed changes currently

  Folks, for our call tomorrow, we want to put our focus back on to the
Rules of Procedure updating.  From where we left off, I believe we have
agreed to language modifications pertaining to sections 3.5 (Quorum) and 3.6
