All, please note our next teleconference meeting is tomorrow at 15:00 UTC
(call-in details below).  Specifically, we need to work on Sections 4.1,
5.8, and 16 of the Rules of Procedure document.

 

In addition, with regards to voting, I want to make sure I bring to our
group attention that there are voting thresholds baked into the proposed
ICANN by-laws as follows:

 



 

We want to make sure where applicable we do not create ambiguity between the
Rules of Procedure language and the above by-laws language but instead be
crisply consistent.  Along these lines, we do not want to lose sight either
of the bi-cameral structure where all voting is to require a majority vote
from each house.  We define it this way under Section 3.6 Votes but within
the document where voting may be discussed we want to make sure this point
is clear too.
