I would like tot try to keep our call to an hour today.  Also, I would like
to discuss our Work Team going back to bi-weekly meetings.

 

For a primary agenda item today, I would like to draw your attention to
discussion w/ regards to Abstentions in the RoP and the impact this has on
voting thresholds that are based upon percentages.

I would like to propose that we arrive at a position on this issue as a Work
