Yes, still planning to attend - am going to try and buy my ticket today since 
it seems like it is really going to happen (my greatest fear was being stuck 
with a non refundable non reimbursable ticket - i was lucky enough to find 
partial sponsorship but i am not sure they would pay for my ticket to a 
cancelled meeting).
I am willing to chair the session, though I hope that the remote participation 
opportunities are rich enough for you to participate fully.  For many of us, 
including in the council when i was there and for those who have trouble 
finding sponsorship to attend these meetings, the quest of quality remote 
participation has been a grail level topic for a while.  If this situation 
boosts ICANN's ability to provide quality remote participation, that will be 
the silver lining in all of this.
