Our meeting of the GCOT in Nairobi has been scheduled for Sunday, March 7,
at 9:00 am local time. The link to the agenda is here:

As I will not be physically attending the meeting, I will ask Avri Doria,
Vice Chair of the GCOT to chair in my absence (assuming Avri still plans to
physically attend). I will make an attempt to participate remotely.
