Thank you for these helpful points.  Based on the issues you and Avri have
raised I suspect that this is something the Work Team will wish to discuss
further.  Thus, I will defer to the Work Team for guidance on the substance
and format of the form.  Our next call is scheduled for 15 September.  Glen
