As discussed on today’s call, this is the FINAL CALL for the review of the 
revised Section 5.0 Statements and Disclosures of Interest, attached in 
redlined and clean formats.  Please provide any edits or comments no later than 
Monday, 18 October, at which point the final revised document will be submitted 
to the OSC for consideration.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
