[gnso-osc] OSC - Constituency Operations Team Draft Charter - Clean and Redline

Dear OSC Members:

As promised in my previous message, attached please find the clean and 
red-lined versions of the Draft Charter of the Constituency Operations Team.  
Note that the draft charter refers to it as the Stakeholder Group and 
Constituency Operations Team to reflect language in the present draft of the 
OSC Charter.  Discussion of the appropriate jurisdiction of this team during an 
upcoming meeting will likely be useful.
