Here are my notes from today's meetings.  Please be aware that all of us
have action items for this week.  ASAP, Rob and Ken Bour will be
revising the three work team charters per decisions made in today's
meeting and will also be developing a draft work team invitation.  They
then will be sending those to the OSC list for review by all OSC
members.  Please respond ASAP with any edits and ultimately with your
approvals.
