Chuck and all in our meeting yesterday it was accepted that the WT chair shall be OSC members automatically (7.ii.2) of the memo). So with respect to the WT rules I don't see any need for co-ordination between the WT chair and the OSC through a liaison. I amended the text accordingly and hope it finds your acceptance. Since they were quite similar in content, I consolidated them into a single set of guidelines. This evening, Rob was kind enough to find time to provide editorial assistance.
