[gnso-osc] Draft Invitation-Announcement To Join Work Teams

Dear OSC Members:

Pursuant to your discussion on yesterday's call, attached please find a draft 
announcement seeking volunteers for the GNSO "Improvements" Implementation Work 
Teams.  The announcement is currently designed for all five GNSO work teams 
(three OSC teams and two PPSC teams).

Decision/feedback points include:


 *   General edits and comments regarding form, style and text;
 *   Announcement methodology - is the group OK with email announcement as well 
as ICANN web site announcement?
 *   Contact points - left blank in the draft, to whom do you think expressions 
of interest should be directed?
 *   Statements of Interest - do you think these are appropriate for work teams?
