Attached and copied below is the proposed agenda for the OSC meeting on
22 Dec 08.  All are welcome to participate but it is understood that
very few will be on the call. It will mainly be a coordination meeting
with Staff to finalize the charters and the invitation message and
define action items for distributing those.

5.      Finalize message to GNSO Council to solicit work team members
for the three work teams.
