[gnso-osc] OSC Work Team Document Package
Dear OSC Members: Attached for your records and further committee discussion, as necessary, please find the latest clean versions of the following documents; * Final GNSO Work Team Announcement/Invitation - with committee agreement on the invitation over the last week, the only non-material change, as suggested by Steve, is the addition of several sample-project bullet points (taken from the draft WT charters) to the background description of each OSC work team. Per Chuck's agenda, we will coordinate invite/announcement strategy on the 22 December call. * Latest OSC Work Team Draft Charters - with committee agreement over the last week on the standard work team rules, each draft charter has now been revised and updated to include those rules. I also added the interim chair to the top of each charter. A discussion of the draft charters is contemplated in Chuck's proposed agenda for 22 December. Following the 22 December meeting, I will update the OSC wiki to include the latest version of each draft charter on its appropriate page. * OSC Draft Charter Document - As Chuck previously noted, the strategy for "informational-approval" of the OSC Charter by the GNSO Council was not successful. The committee still needs to discuss how it wants to get the Charter formally approved (perhaps as part of a package including the work team charters at the 8 January Council meeting?).
