I send this note after first taking off my Interim-Chair's hat and 
putting back on the hat of Issue Report requester.
For those who were not on Adobe Connect during the meeting, I will 
pass on a chat comment made by Barry Cobb. I think it captures 
something that I have been trying to say, but not nearly as 
eloquently as he put it.
"I would say at the very least, regardless of quantification, that 
better transparency around domain expirations could be improved 
across the market.  What things can be change to better inform the 
consumer around the process of expired domains."
