CLO: with reference to my Aus Telco industry example  we went through a 
number of fractionated code development practice development pieces and 
then *finally got* a PLAIN Language Contract *and a Single Consumer 
Code  the later results in easy to understand information where it goes 
and how it is made available to the consumer  <insert here registrant>.  
also the Telco Industry body Communications Alliance <insert here and 
ICANN /GNSO outcome> provides a repository for resources and consumer 
access information as well as a FAQ, comparison tools etc.,  lists for 
consumer use  *including* the contentions ones like Mobile Premium 
Services with all info re charges etc., in it on a look up tool for 
1900#'s  and this is now backed by the regulator as a model... 

This fits with much of what we were discussing re what ICANN could do as 
well
