1.       Current vocation, employer and position

Finance and Operations Director.
Mesh Digital Limited.
A UK based domain name registrar, providing registration services to businesses 
and consumers globally.


2.       Type of work performed in 1 above

Statutory and Management Accounts, Forecasting, KPI's, Budgets. Managing 
customer service function, contractual and industry compliance.


3.       Identify any financial ownership or senior management/leadership  
interest in registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties 
in ICANN policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or 
other  arrangement

Senior Management role at Mesh Digital Ltd and Domainmonster.com, Inc. Both are 
ICANN accredited registrars and also accredited registrars in several ccTLD 
ICANN stakeholders. Mesh Digital Ltd is also a RIPE LIR. 


4.       Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy 
development outcomes.  Are you representing other parties?

Our commercial interest is in seeing equal treatment and fair competition 
across the industry.

 
5.       Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other 
group, constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as a 
work team member. 

I represent Mesh Digital Ltd as a member of the Registrars Constituency.
