As discussed on our call yesterday, please find an updated version of the 
public comment survey here (see 
http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22AUYRGHCV4/Preview) for your review. The 
objective is to launch the public comment forum on Monday 12 July. Attached you 
will also find the proposed language for the announcement for your review.

Please share any comments / edits with the mailing list at the latest by Friday 
9 July.
