[gnso-pednr-dt] For review - draft Final Report & Proposed Recommendations Table

Dear All,

Ahead of next week's meeting, please find posted on the wiki 
(https://st.icann.org/post-expiration-dn-recovery-wg/) a first draft of the 
draft Final Report. The main change is the addition of the summary and analysis 
of the public comments as well as the survey. In addition, a number of edits 
have been made to mark the change from an Initial to a draft Final Report.

Furthermore, you'll find posted on the wiki a 'proposed recommendations' table 
that aims to capture the different recommendations made to date and to 
facilitate review of the different recommendations received. So far, it 
includes the recommendations submitted by James and, tentatively, those 
suggested by Michael. Several of you indicated that you were planning to submit 
additional recommendations. You can either incorporate these directly in the 
table or send them to the mailing list and I will incorporate them in time for 
the next meeting. If you have any suggestions for changes / improvements to the 
table, please let me know.
