[gnso-pednr-dt] Revised PowerPoint presentation

Attached is the revised presentation. It includes the new slide #4 
with the "summary" of what we believe that we are achieving with the 
recommendations, and a set of slides at the end going into more depth 
on each recommendation of group of recommendations. I also put a date 
on the cover slide.
Please let me know if there are any problems or suggested changes.
